Subscription Policy

The shipping date for your first box depends on the original date you subscribed. If it’s close (within a 10-day cutoff window) to the subscription renewal date, we will wait until the next month to start your subscription. This way you won’t be charged multiple times within close proximity.

The basic subscription flow goes like this:

• Subscribe the 1st-10th of the month: you’ll get a CURRENT box

• Subscribe on the 11th or after: you’ll get the NEXT SCHEDULED box

• Renewals will happen automatically on the day of the month you subscribed after you receive your first box (auto renewal date may be affected by the 30 or 31-day billing cycle as applicable)

IMPORTANT! Once renewals process, they cannot be canceled. Be sure to update your subscription status before your next renewal date.
